Ingredients
- Vegetable oil(other than palm oil or coconut oil)-1 cup
- 1 egg
- 2 0r 3 pods of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of lime juice(or to taste)
- salt-a pinch
- white pepper-to taste
In a blender,put egg, garlic, salt, 1 tbsp of oil and blend.Then slowly keep on adding the rest of the oil in a thin stream till all the oil is used up. After switching off the blender,add lemon juice, salt and pepper. Blend again for a second and stop.Check the taste and transfer to a serving bowl.
Enjoy with pita bread (Arabic Khubooz) and grilled meat or fish.
